Can you manage the entire project?
We can carry out the entire agreed scope or a selected phase. The arrangement depends on the documentation, building type and team availability.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes. We can use materials supplied by the client or agree to arrange their purchase and delivery.
Do you work with architects?
Yes. We can work from an architect's or interior designer's plans and coordinate the construction details with them.
How do you prepare a quotation?
We first review the scope, location and documentation. Renovations usually require a site visit. The terms of the visit and detailed quotation are agreed individually.
When can you start?
We agree a date after reviewing the scope and checking team availability. For conversions, we also consider the condition of the existing building.
Do you only carry out premium projects?
No. We carry out standard finishes as well as premium projects. Materials, methods and finish levels are tailored to the agreement with the client.
